WHTS reached agreement with Liaoning
to organize and hold Biosientific Forum
  After providing a proposal to Liaoning Overseas Enterprise Week Organizing committee, WHTS reached an agreement with Liaoning to hold Bioscientific Forum for Overseas Enterprise Week, 2001. President Xiaodan Mei will lead a delegations consisting of Nobel Prize laureates, Members of America National Acadenmy of Sciences and Executives of High tech companies, and overseas scholars to organize two forums, one is in Shengyang, and the other is in Dalian. ,

Liaoning will fully sponsor these events for scientists, or scholars and executives.
