World High Technology Society
     
  Article I

The Name of the Corporation is World High Technology Society (Abriviated as WHTS). It is a non-profit and Non-political Organization. The headquarter of WHTS is located in the Great Boston area, USA.

Article II

The purpose of the corporation is to engage in the following activities:
1. To support the educational events training programs in high technological areas for both individuals and corporations throught coferences, tradeshows and exchanging international delegation programs, or tech tours.
2. To provide a bridge of career and business development for high technoogical professionals especially for those working in biotechnological and information technological areas, and their interfaces.
3. To provide a focus on the world top scientists and peers of science and technology to exchange information and business connections
4. To seek intercultural solutions for the hi-tech professionals to operate globally so as to seek the balanced sustainable development not only in developed countries but also in developing countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America etc.

Article III

1. Eligibility
For those individuals and who have worked in high technology areas, and want to explore opportunities and meet the challenges in career and business development
2. Type
(a) Active members; (b)life Members; (C) Honorary Members; (d) Group Members
3. Application
Cadidates for membership shall submit to the Executive Board Members a completed application form. Membership shall become final upon receipt ofapproval and due by the Executive Board or Committee. F
4. Termination
Membership may be voluntarily terminated by written notice to the Executive Committee. Failure to pay assessed dues will result in forfeiture of membership.
5. Dues
Current dues shall be $20 for qualified active members, $200 for life-members and $500 for Executive Club members, and $1000 for group members with less than 50 employees, and $2000 for those corporation above 50 employees annually.
6. Nomination and election
(a) The election shall be at the annual meeting; (b) Nomination will be made from the floor at the meeting or by prior mail-in peitions to the executive board meeting. Voting shall be by a secret ballot. The nominee receiving a plurality of the votes shall be elected to each office.
7. Term of Officers. The term of the officers (President, Vice President, and General Secretary) will be four years. Continuation will depend on new election. Maximum periods of officers are two terms.
