10. Previliage and Obligations
A. Previleges:
(1) To elect officers
(2) To participate in the organization's activities
(3) To receive the organization's Publications
(4) To publish reviews, articles, and abstracts, letters, notes, and communications on Journal of World High Technology Society
(5) To have career and business connections

B. Obligations
(1) To pay the membership fee
(2) To fulfil his or her obligations assigned by the Executive Committee
(3) To be actively engaged in various activities of the organization

* Any member may cease to be a member any time by inform the director of the Executive Committee.

Article IV: Duties of Officers
1.Executive Committee
(a) The officers shall constitute the Executive Committee
(b) The executive committee shall meet at least every half year in a year, or call monthly meeting as needed. However, conference doesn't need physically present. All meeting can be hold by coference call or vedeo conferencing too. If any EC member cannot attend the meeting, post mark opinions can also be accepted.
(c) A majority vote of the Executive committee shall determine the prosecution of any event except emergency, which senior president, president, vice-president, and general secretary can make an emergency decision. The committee shall have the power or overrule or modify the action of any officer of each section.
(d) The executive committee shall receive the report and recommendations of the other committees.

2.Duties of the Officers
(a) Senior President or President (i) shall preside at all meetings of WHTS and the executive committee if s/he is available without emergency event; (ii) shall be ex-officer members of all committees; (iii) shall make all appointments, committee or individual, not otherwise provided for in the bylaws.
(b) Vice president (i)shall assist the president in the performance of his or her dutiers; (ii) shall preside at the section meetings when the president is absent; (iii) shall be responsible in organizing the annual business meeting or conference, or symposium, or tech tours.
(c) General Secretary shall take part in coordination of activities and all documentation of the executive committee and the society.
