Organizing
Committee members of WHTS had a brief gathering with the local American
Chinese Scientific Professionals at MIT. Many old friends from the Great
Boston Chinese Culture Associations attended the party. Attendee enjoyed
the dinner and had fun time to sing Karaoke at the party. Before the beginning
of the party, Dr. Xiaodan Mei made a revised proposal on formation of new
professional organization called, World High Technology Society, its bylaw,
services, mission, and vision, and core value. He also proposed several
coming events for what to do and how to do. Co-founder, Lixin Zhang made
good timing on the event, and also make brief summary on the emphasizing
the mission, vision, and core value. Both founders wished the society will
bring fun, rather than confliction; create harmony for excellence rather
than make a chao; offer best services without sacrisfying dignity, respect,
and integraty; Set high goal, high profile without lowering our standard;
Focus on high tech rathere than low tech. Post good image rather than bad
