- Promote the goals, mission, Vision, and core value along the activity campaigns of WHTS in each year
- Represent WHTS to explore new business opportunities
- Sourcing Active Speakers from High Tech World
- Promote the tasks or programs to public
- Fund Raisinig or partner hunting
